You’re Invited to “Social Networking for Entrepreneurs, Boon or Boondoggle?” at the Union League Club

You are cordially invited to attend the “Social Networking for Entrepreneurs, Boon or Boondoggle?” luncheon presentation at the Union League Club of Chicago, on Monday June 18, 2012.

Join the ULCC Entrepreneur Group for a debate on both the benefits and disadvantages of social networking for entrepreneurs, professionals, and small businesses. Steve Fretzin of Sales Results, Inc. and a panel of experts will discuss social networking strategies using Linked In, Twitter, Facebook and blogs in light of the return on the investment of precious time and resources these digital tools require.

The luncheon will begin with an 11:30 a.m. reception followed by  the program at noon.  The dress code at the Union League Club is business attire.

In addition to his position as President of Sales Results Inc., Steve oversees Team Discovery, LLC, the American Club Association, and Networking Monkey, LLC, the number one ranked portal on Google for Chicago area networking events. Fretzin’s expertise in networking, business development and business management has landed him features in the Chicago Tribune and Entrepreneur.com as well as guest appearances on NBC News and WGN Radio’s Bob Sirott Show.

Mike Manning / Fusion Accounting LLC

Michael Manning is a licensed CPA in the State of IL.  His past professional experience includes 10 years of big four accounting firm auditing and consulting.  For the past two years, Mike has operated his own consultancy firm, Fusion Accounting and Technology, LLC, which is focused on consulting and co-sourced services for small and medium sized business in various functional capacities including financial management, accounting, tax, information technology, and data management.  Mike’s clients have utilized his firm’s capabilities to implement and execute everything from creating forecasts and budgets, bookkeeping, filing tax returns, setting up and maintain computer networks, to designing and implementing websites.

Irfan Jafrey / myKozmo.com

Irfan Jafrey is CEO of MyKozmo.com.  Irfan has worked in digital industry over 12 years, most recently with Performics,  a DoubleClick company (acquired by Google).  Prior to that, Irfan worked as a Product Development Analyst at Autobytel.com where he helped implement reporting tools (Cognos, Omniture) to track metrics.  He also served as a Consultant at Buyonet.com where he helped software developers and retailers launch online sales channels to distribute their products.  Irfan emphasis is on building traffic organically and website traffic conversion.  Irfan holds a BA from University of Washington and attended Loyola University Chicago Business School and Law School.
